What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a strong frontend or full-stack engineer who cares deeply about craftsmanship, product quality, and user experience. Someone who enjoys turning complex business workflows into clean, elegant interfaces — and who thrives in an environment with high ownership, autonomy, and direct impact.

You should be comfortable working across the stack, collaborating closely with founders and product leaders, and helping set engineering standards as we scale our team and platform.

What You'll Do

• Own the frontend of the MonetizeNow platform — from architecture to UX polish — and define how users experience our product.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Design to turn complex SaaS billing and CPQ workflows into intuitive, high-performance interfaces.
• Build and refine our testing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows to ensure fast, predictable releases.
• Influence core technical decisions and contribute to a scalable, multi-tenant, microservices-based SaaS platform.
• Champion product excellence by investigating and resolving customer-reported issues with urgency and ownership.

Who you are

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building modern cloud applications.
• 1+ year of React or modern JavaScript framework experience (e.g., Vue, Svelte, Angular).
• Customer-obsessed — you take ownership of delivering value and solving real user problems.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful microservices.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, with hands-on experience in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable working across multiple codebases and collaborating with other teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Ability to thoughtfully evaluate trade-offs between correctness, performance, robustness, and customer impact.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment with frequent deployments (including multiple daily pushes).

Things we’d like you to have, but it’s ok if you don’t

• Experience working with Java and microservices framework such as Spring Boot
• 1+ years working on enterprise, billing, CPQ, finance, or other business domain
• Have integrated GraphQL API in production
• Experience working with remote teams on complex software experiences
• Have used feature flags to incrementally roll out features
